Overview
Dashlytics (“we”, “us”) helps you turn spreadsheets into dashboards. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We are privacy-first: your uploaded data is processed in-session and not retained after your session ends.
Information we collect
- Account data: name and email, via our authentication provider (Clerk), when you sign up.
- Uploaded data: the spreadsheet you upload, processed temporarily to generate your dashboard and then deleted.
- Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. pages visited) to improve the product.
How we use information
To provide the service (build your dashboard), maintain your account, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your uploaded data to train AI models.
Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure subprocessors needed to run the service (see our Security page), and only the minimum required.
Data retention
Uploaded spreadsheet data is deleted when your session ends. Account data is retained while your account is active.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your data, including under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA and GDPR where applicable. Reach us through our contact form.
