The service
Dashlytics lets you upload spreadsheets and generates dashboards and insights. Numbers are computed from your data; written narratives are generated by AI to summarize those computed results.
Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for the data you upload and for having the right to use it.
- Don't upload unlawful content or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- You're responsible for decisions you make based on the dashboards; verify figures before acting.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your data. We retain rights to the Dashlytics software and brand.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dashlytics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
